Wine Review: This very dark ruby colored Tempranillo opens with fragrant black raspberry bouquet with hints plum and faint leather. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, savory and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a blackberry and black cherry blend with notes of cedar blended in. The finish is dry and its mild tannins are very friendly. This wine would pair well with many foods. I would pair it with Theresa's meatloaf. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: 100% Tempranillo from gravel benchland and calcareous clay meseta (high elevation) vineyards between 20 and 40 years of age.
