Wine Review: This straw colored white blend displays some initial small bubbles in the glass. On the nose, you will detect some banana, pear and orange scents. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a pleasant mineral infused pear with notes of pineapple and hints of orange and white pepper. The finish is dry and very refreshing. This is a nice wine to enjoy on these last few days of summer. I would pair it with chicken piccata or lemon drizzled swordfish. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Color: Pale straw Nose: A fruit-forward bouquet of honeysuckle and pineapple. Flavors of melon and citrus with a creamy entry, medium bodied mouthfeel, and fresh crisp finish.
