Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Pinot Blanc from Oregon opens with a pilsner beer and mild lime bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, acidic and lively. The flavor profile is a tart green apple and lime blend with notes of minerality throughout. The finish is dry and its flavors are very prolonged. This Pinot Blanc would pair well with linguini and clams with a white wine clam broth. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: This 2011 Pinot Blanc features Granny Smith apple, tangerine and Meadowfoam honey aromas, accented by hints of fennel. There's a rich mouthfeel that is offset by the wine's general raciness. It pairs superbly with a wide range of foods - from shellfish to quiche to spicy Asian food
