Wine Review: This pale yellow colored wine opens with a very attractive mild apricot and honeydew melon bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, slightly creamy and fruit forward. The flavor profile is a mild lemon with a hint of tangerine and apple. The finish is dry and very pleasant. If you prefer a fruit driven Chard, this offering will appeal to you. Pair it with grilled garlic chicken. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: This Chardonnay features intense fruit character and a luscious texture. It offers fresh, crisp flavors of pear, white peach, star fruit and kiwi. It pairs well with rich seafood and poultry dishes, and hard Alpine cheeses - comte, fontina, cave-aged gruyere." - Dave Paige, Winemaker
