Wine Review: This white gold colored Albarino opens with a golden delicious apple and honeysuckle, bouquet with hints of lime, cantaloupe, and sea spray. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and viscous. The flavor profile is an Anjou pear and green tea blend notes of chalky minerality and stone fruit. We also detected some hints of pineapple and dried herbs. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity show nice length. We would pair this Albarino with a pan-seared Chilean sea bass with lemon butter. Enjoy – Ken & Mark
Winemaker Notes: Clean and brilliant yellow color with green hints. An intense and perfumed Albariño with aromas of orange blossom, melon and alluring minerality. Almost tropical. The palate is sleek and creamy, showing energy and verve. Its bright, zesty acidity and lemon citrus will make you crave a second glass. Pair with shellfish, Asian cuisine, fish, pasta, and risottos.
