Wine Review: This dark straw colored Albarino from Rias Baixas is very flavorful. It opens with a lime bouquet with a hint of ginger ale. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a tart nectarine with notes of minerality, pineapple and touch of ginger. The finish is dry and its fruit flavors are nicely prolonged. This Albarino would pair nicely with a five fruit stuffed chicken. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: A full-bodied, serious, dry Albarino similar to its sibling Morgadío incorporating wines made from the first pressing in a comparatively softer and more floral style.
