Wine Review: The almost clear colored Albarino from Rias Baixas is very very good! It opens with a mild wet stone and mild lime bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic, and savory. The flavor profile is a delicious mild mineral infused gentle lime and Anjou pear blend with hints of green apple. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. This Albarino would pair perfectly with grilled trout with lemon butter. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: A full-bodied, serious, dry Albarino similar to its sibling Morgadio incorporating wines made from the first pressing in a comparatively softer and more floral style.
