Wine Review: This light yellow colored Albarino opens with a wet stone and pear like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a tasty gentle tart green apple with notes of pear and minerality. I also detected a hint of honey. The finish is dry and rather refreshing. This very nice wine would pair well with linguine with a clam sauce broth. Enjoy - Ken
