Wine Review: This white gold colored wine opens with a ripe pear, green grape and pilsner beer like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, slightly acidic, lush and viscous. The flavor profile is a ripe Bosc pear with notes of minerality and white pepper. I also detected a hint of green melon and touch of pilsner. The finish is dry and its flavors a slight acidity linger nicely after the wine is gone. I would pair this wine with Coquilles St. Jacques. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Elegant, intense, clean, full on the palate expressing the wild herb and fruit components of the variety in equal measure, underpinned by the minerality of the region's slate and chalk hillsides. Unoaked and fresh, fruit/floral/mineral blended into a harmonious whole.
