Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Albarino opens with a fragrant green apple bouquet with a hint of lime. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, crispy, and zesty. The flavor profile is a mineral infused green apple with lots of spice and a hint of white pepper. The finish is dry, tingly, and lingers a bit with a touch of mineralty. This wine would be very good with broiled scallops in a lemon butter sauce. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: "Eidos" are the backyard garden arbors constituting the traditional Albariro vineyard. Richly textured and exotically intense Albarino, the salty sea breeze and granitic levels evident in a mouthwateringly mineral finish.
