Wine Review: This bright straw colored Godello from Adega Cachin is very good. It opens with a lemon tart and wet stone bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round, balanced, and viscous. The flavor is a tasty stony mineral influenced quince and gentle yellow grapefruit blend with notes of saline, almond, and lime. The finish is dry and refreshing. Everyone that tried this wine liked it. I would pair this impressive Godello with oysters. Enjoy - Ken
