Wine Review: This white gold colored Godello based wine from Spain is very good. It opens with a faint grapefruit and lime bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced and slightly viscous. The flavor profile is a tasty mild green apple and mineral blend with hints of quince and white peach. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. This wine is very food friendly and a bit of a quaffer. I would pair I with chicken piccata. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Intensely aromatic, featuring the herbal/mineral highlights of Godello with a blast of tropicality from the Albarino, the Treixadura serving to unify the whole.
