Wine Review: This almost clear colored Spanish white blend opens with an Anjou pear and light lemon bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied and nicely balanced. The flavor profile is a mild lime and pear blend with hints of white pepper and minerality. The finish is dry and rather refreshing. This Spanish white wine is food friendly and would pair perfectly with grilled swordfish. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Seventy percent Godello, 20% Treixadura and 10% Albarino. Intensely aromatic, featuring the herbal/mineral highlights of Godello with a blast of tropicality from the Albarino, the Treixadura serving to unify the whole.
