Wine Review: This very dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa opens with a very attractive black cherry bouquet with hints of blueberry and faint oak. On the palate, this wine is medium to full bodied, nicely balanced and elegant with very nice fruit expression. That fruit is a tasty blueberry and gentle blackberry blend with notes of black cherry. I also detected hints of mild oak and minerality. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins build up nicely and linger. I would pair this impressive Cab with a pork tenderloin. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: This full-bodied Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon opens with bright red fruit aromas of raspberry, cherry and dried cranberry with background notes of vanilla, clove, and bittersweet chocolate. The palate offers a concentrated core with layers of black currant, red cherry, cocoa powder and smoky oak.
