Wine Review: This very pale yellow Pinot Gris from Oregon is a heck of a deal. It opens with a mild pear and floral bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied with some zesty acidity. The flavor profile is an intriguing blend of green apple and Clementine. The finish is quite dry and subtle. The panel felt this wine would pair well with lemon sesame chicken or ham. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Very pale straw with golden highlights. Nose of green apple, grapefruit, lime zest, and pear. Flavors of tangerine, lemon, kiwi, and pineapple. Crisp entry with nice balance between acidity and residual sugar, round and full mid-palate, clean refreshing finish. A perfect accompaniment for poultry, shellfish and other seafood. This Pinot Gris would also pair beautifully with fruits, cheeses, and cured meats.
