Wine Review: This medium straw-colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a yellow grapefruit and honeydew melon bouquet with hints of flinty stone and pineapple. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied, well-balanced, round and nicely coats your mouth. The flavor profile is a chalky mineral influenced gentle yellow grapefruit with notes of apricot. We also detected hints of lime, clementine and honeydew melon. The finish is dry and nicely extended. The Panel would pair this well-made Sauvignon Blanc with grilled swordfish steaks or with grilled sole with a mango salsa. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: On the Rim: Bright yellow and sugar cookie and touches of diamond.
On the Nose: Explosion of citrus flower and tropical fruit like pineapple and crushed rocks.
On the Palate: Crisp fresh entrance evolving on a mineral mid-palate with crushed stone fruit like peach and apricot lingering on grapefruit and star fruit.
