Wine Review: This very pale pink colored wine from Coteaux d'Aix en Provence opens with a clementine peel and lime bouquet with hints of wet stone and white grapefruit. On the palate, this wine is medium minus bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and silky. The flavor profile is light lime and gentle white grapefruit blend with notes of green tea and chalky minerality. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity drifts away nicely. I would pair this very friendly and approachable Rosé with shrimp scampi. Enjoy - Ken
