Wine Review: This pale coral wine from Coteaux d'Aix en Provence opens with a fresh mild maraschino and wet stone bouquet with a hint of strawberry in the background. On the palate, this wine is light bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, pleasant and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a tasty mild white peach and chalky minerality with notes of tangerine. I also detected some hints of maraschino cherry, watermelon and white pepper. The finish is dry and refreshing. This is a very nice summer wine. I would serve it slightly chilled, so not to hide its mild flavors. Enjoy with a crab cocktail and friends. Enjoy - Ken
