Wine Review: This ruby colored Cab may be the steal of the Expo. It opens with a pleasant black cherry bouquet with a hint of oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced, soft, and very approachable. The flavor profile is a tasty black cherry with nicely infused mild boysenberry and spices. There is a hint of black pepper as well. The finish is dry and its moderate dusty tannins linger nicely. This would be a great Cab glass pour. Everyone wins with this wine. Pair it with a thick Angus burger smothered with sautéed mushrooms. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Here's a Cabernet with tamed tannins and smooth berry flavors to enjoy with your favorite meats and burgers.
