Wine Review: This sparkler has all the potential to be an everyday competitor, but could benefit from more harmony. The bigger bubbles take over and the palate takes a bit to show through. The palate consists of brioche, pear, and chamomile flavors but the acidity that usually would follow exists on its own and not as part of the overall mouthfeel. In the table wine category, it is still one of the better options. - Nicolay
Winemaker Notes: Our 14 Hands sparkler has delicate flavors of apples and citrus with lively acidity, which makes it a perfect match for a variety of appetizers and entrees. Pair with fish tacos, smoked Gouda mac 'n' cheese and stuffed mushrooms.
