Wine Review: Don't serve this bright salmon pink rose too cold or you will miss the enjoyable white peach, honeydew melon and bubblegum bouquet. It is dry and refreshing, medium bodied with moderate acidity. The flavor profile is white peach, melon and light citrus with notes of ginger and strawberry. It has a moderate finish that is mildly citrusy. A seasonal pasta primavera would pair well with this bottle. - Mark
Winemaker Notes: This Syrah-based Rose opens with delicate aromas of rose petals and rhubarb. Refreshing flavors of melon and strawberries are followed closely by a kick of citrus in the finish. Perfect by the glass or with light salads like a classic Nicoise, grilled tuna, paella and salty cheeses.
