Wine Review: This juicy pale straw colored Sauvignon Blanc from Washington State opens with a fruity nose of pink grapefruit, nectarine and a hint of banana. It is medium bodied and has gentle acidity. It flavors consist of mild grapefruit, nectarine, minerality and a hint of lime. The finish is moderate, dry, and a bit flat. This good value Sauvignon Blanc is food friendly and would pair well with fried oysters. – Mark
Winemaker Notes: This vibrant Sauvignon Blanc opens with aromas of citrus and passion fruit. Bright flavors of gooseberry, grapefruit and guava lead to a crisp, juicy finish. Serve with seafood salad, spring green salad with goat cheese or oysters on the half shell.
