Wine Review: This light yellow colored Torrontes opens with lemon and orange bouquet with a hint of bee's wax bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, round, slightly acidic and displays classic Torrontes flavors. Those flavors are mild orange marmalade and gentle peach with hints of gentle minerality. The finish is dry and its flavors linger for quite some time. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Intense yellow greenish colour. Delicate and unique nose, full of white flowers such as roses and citrus blossom. Also notes of mature white fruits and citrus zest. The wine is well structured with a lively acidity but remains centred around the aromatic intensity and delicate finish. This wine is great as aperitif and a perfect match for Asian food, fish dishes and fresh salads.
