Wine Review: This wine opens with a mild bouquet. On the palate, the wine is spicy, well balanced, and fruity. This wine would be a nice match for a beef meal. The finish is long, slightly dry and shows a little bit of heat. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: "A blend inspired by the opera term for an improvised personal expression at the end of an Aria, this blend of Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvèdre blends together the array of flavors and terroirs of the estate, as well as being driven to create a common name for Grenache blends that are unique to the McLaren Vale appellation. Flavors of Blackberry, bing cherry, mulberry, plums, nuts and subdued oak flavors slowly tapering off to a lingering finish." PETER FRASER, Winemaker
