Wine Review: The Ball Buster is a Big Wine. Bruno Tait makes no bones about it. He wanted to make a big and brawny wine. He succeeded. The bouquet of this wine is intense. You sense the forthcoming power of the wine. On the palate it is a bit of a fruit bomb. This wine almost tastes like a CA Zin. It could fool the average taster in a blind tasting. For a wine with 15.5% alcohol, I would say the aroma provides more heat than what you taste. That’s a good thing. Enjoy this big boy at your next BBQ or with a big juicy steak. – Ken
