Wine Review: This Pinot Blanc from Alsace was our favorite in a blind tasting flight we reviewed recently. It was pale yellow colored and opens with a faint apricot like bouquet. On the palate, this wine was light bodied and very nicely balanced between its citrus fruit and in check acidity. The finish is dry and subtle. You could imagine this wine with many foods, but I think it would perfectly complement Legal’s halibut with crab meat stuffing. Enjoy - Ken
