Wine Review: This pale yellow Sauvignon Blanc from down under was clearly one of the best Sauvignon Blancs that we tried this month. It opens with an attractive grapefruit like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced, and crisp. The flavor profile is a very tasty lime with hints of minerality nicely blended in. The finish is dry and very refreshing. The group that tried this wine felt it would pair very nicely with ham. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Passion fruit and mineral nuances with citrus and accents of lime leaf and juniper. Softly textured with fine acidity. The oak adds fullness to the palate with sweetness and spices.
