Wine Review: This bright red colored Pinot opens with a very fresh strawberry like bouquet with hints of spicy pepper. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and gentle. The flavor profile is a juicy ripe strawberry with some light raspberry blend in. There were notes of spice detected as well. The finish is quite dry and its moderate tannins hang around for quite some time. This style of Pinot would pair well and hold up well with beef stew. Enjoy – Ken
