Wine Review: This bright black cherry colored Pinot opens with a mild raspberry and mint like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, very well balanced, and has quite a smooth texture. The flavor profile is a restrained strawberry and plum blend that is quite luscious. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins show noteworthy persistence. This is a graceful wine that is really enjoyable. This wine would really pair well and enhance a pork tenderloin. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: This bright garnet colored wine has multiple personalities; it starts with smokey dusty raspberry moves into bright characters of cherry and cranberry then finishes with red licorice, cinnamon, and cream soda. It’s a blend of flavors that enduces a craving for duck, mushrooms, or grilled salmon. A perfect wine to dine with.
