Wine Review: This light yellow colored Sauvignon Blanc has many characteristics usually found in aged Riesling. It opens with an inviting flowery and tropical fruit like bouquet. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is round, viscous, and palate coating. It displays slightly sweet honeyed apricot flavors with hints of banana. The finish is dry and lingers nicely. This wine would go well with many foods. The panel mentioned cashew chicken and grilled spicy shrimp. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: A clean, crisp burst of grapefruit, pineapple, fig and white flowers leads to a round creamy palate of concentrated pineapple, apricot, lemon, and brioche flavors. This is a refreshingly delicious Sauvignon Blanc with the curvaceously rich body of a Chardonnay. A wine that both Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay lovers can agree on it is perfect for dinners or parties where there are different palates to satisfy.
