Wine Review: This ruby colored wine opens with an attractive ripe black cherry & red berry like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, and very juicy. The flavor profile is a ripe red cherry and raspberry. There is a touch of oak infused as well. The finish is pretty dry and its noticeable tannins linger nicely. This wine would pair well with beef bourguignon. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Opulent and bright on the nose, focused and lush in the mouth, and fresh and lingering on the finish. The nose bursts with ripe black cherry, Asian spice and cinnamon. The mouth is striking for its combination of plush cherry and blackberry fruit, bright acidity and supple tannins, all carried through the persistent, spicy finish. A very versatile food match, try it with roasted fowl or your favorite fresh cheeses
