Wine Review: This light yellow colored wine with a green hue opens with an attractive light grapefruit and honeydew melon like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, crisp, and zippy. The flavor profile is a slightly tart green apple and lime. The finish is dry and refreshing. This wine would pair very well with chicken and broccoli in a rich cream sauce. This wines acidity and flavors would be perfect to cut through the cream. Finally, this really good value wines name is “Centine.” It is pronounced "Chen-tee-nay." I would have never got that right. I’m guessing that is why they spell it out on the bottle. Enjoy - Ken
