Wine Review: This light yellow color wine opens with a ripe pear like bouquet with a hint of apricot noted as well. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and balanced with a pleasant blend of fruit flavors and acidity. The flavors are a mixture of mainly tangerine and apricot. The finish is dry and it is a bit tingly as it drifts away. This wine would pair very nicely with a bay scallop casserole. Enjoy – Ken
