Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Albarino would be a perfect wine to pair with broiled scallops. It opens with a light spicy pear like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and slightly creamy. It displays a tasty blend of light apricot and lime flavors with a hint of infused minerality. The finish is dry and nicely mouthwatering. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: A very pale yellow in colour, with a hint of green at the rim. The aromas are reminiscent of ripe and fleshy orchard fruits (peaches and pears), with a greater citric (grapefruit) accent than in previous vintages. In the mouth the wine has an excellent balance between acidity and this silky mouth feel and has a long and persistent aftertaste.
