Wine Review: We find that some of the best and most affordable white wines coming out of the Rhone Valley are Grenache Blanc based. This wine is a perfect example. This pale yellow colored wine opens with a fresh light apricot like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, fresh, and balanced with nicely integrated acidity. The flavor profile is a mineral infused light lime and apricot blend. The finish is dry, lingers slightly, and is nicely refreshing. This wine would pair quite nicely with halibut stuffed with crabmeat. Enjoy - Ken
