Wine Review: This offering from Domaine Lafond rocks and was one of our top Rhone selections from this year Boston Wine Expo! This dark ruby colored wine opens with a pleasant black cherry bouquet with a hint of vanilla. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, smooth, soft, and elegant. The flavor profile is a very tasty black cherry with hints of vanilla oak. The finish is dry and its noticeable tannins linger for quite some time. This wine would be quite the complement to beef stroganoff. Enjoy - Ken
