Wine Review: This pale yellow colored wine opens with an appealing apricot and orange peel like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied and shows crisp acidity. Its flavor profile is a zesty semi sweet citrus with a touch of minerality. The finish is refreshing, but subtle. This good valued Riesling would pair quite nicely with broiled scallops. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Bright and appealing yellow color with green hues. A Riesling of delicate grace and aromatic intensity. The nose is fresh and crisp, with soft flower aromas like jasmine, which combine with nice citric notes. In the mouth, citric flavors of grapefruit mingle with mineral hints. This Rielsing is fresh and young, with great volume and pleasant acidity.
