Wine Review: This ruby colored wine opens with a pleasant spicy black cherry like bouquet with a hint of vanilla. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and balanced with mild black cherry and plum like flavors with a hint of spice. The finish is quite dry and its moderate tannins linger for quite a while. I tasted this wine at both the Boston Wine Expo and recently again in a blind tasting. My notes are consistent and so is this wine. Enjoy this wine with some beef brisket or beef stew. Enjoy - Ken
