Wine Review: This wine rocks! It is a very opaque dark purple colored wine. It is so brilliantly perfumed, that I could smell it 2 feet away from the glass. Taking a whiff introduces you to an attractive minty black cherry like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, smooth, and delicious with wonderful black cherry flavors. Complexity is added to the wine with noted of black licorice, light oak, and coffee flavors. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins are noticeable and very prolonged. I think this wine does very well on its own and you yearn for a second glass. It would also be a wonderful complement to a thick steak as well. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Enticing nose of vanilla, dark berries, cranberry, and cassis. This is a big, concentrated wine with good structure, and loads of fruit on the palate. A handcrafted, small production Cabernet Sauvignon at half the price of its competitors!
