Wine Review: This is the most refined wine of the Novy Syrahs. This very very dark purple wine is almost black. It opens with a very inviting blueberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, smooth, very well balanced, and elegant with terrific blueberry flavors with just a slight touch of spice. The finish is quite dry and its well managed tannins are quite prolonged. This beauty would be a fine complement to filet mignon. Enjoy - Ken
