Wine Review: Yorkville consistently makes one of our favorite California Roses. This years vintage is again made from 100% certified organic Cabernet Franc grapes. It is a pretty strawberry color and displays strawberry aromas as well. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, well balanced, and quite tasty. The flavor profile is a spicy light raspberry. The finish is dry and nicely refreshing. Pair this fun wine with grilled chicken poolside this summer. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: You could think of this as a Cabernet Franc Lite. Excellent, dry, refreshing summer picnic wine. Your first reaction will be "what a beautiful, bright color!" Deep ruby color with flavors of raspberry sorbet and red currant candies.
