Wine Review: This very dark ruby colored wine from Stonehedge opens with a very inviting black cherry like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and easy to drink with juicy black raspberry flavors. There was also some black pepper influence noted. The finish is dry and subtle. I thought this wine would pair very nicely pulled pork sliders. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: This Cabernet Sauvignon possesses pure black currant fruit as well as hints of violets, licorice, and wood. Ripe and powerful, yet elegant, this wine can be drunk now or cellared for 5-7 years.
