Wine Review: This light yellow colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a pleasant light citrus like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, nicely balanced, and has very tasty citrus flavors. The finish is dry and nicely refreshing. This wine would be a perfect match with steamed mussels in a white wine garlic broth. Use this wine to make it even better. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Our 14th vintage out of our back vineyard that we call “Randle Hill.” Randle is Deborah’s maiden name. This vineyard has consistently produced one of the best S.B.’s around and we’re very proud of it. Great aromas of lemon drop or sweet lime with a hint of floral and tropical. We find flavors of kiwi, tangerine, and granny smith apples. Our typical Yorkville long finish with lime zest and minerals.
