Wine Review: This light yellow entry level offering from S A Prum is light yellow in color and opens with an aromatic lemon like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, semi dry, and refreshing with nicely balanced acidity and fruit. The flavor profile is fresh lemon lime with a touch of minerality. The finish is lingers nicely as well. This wine would pair nicely with a trout or sole dish. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Light gold. Delicate fragrance recalling ripe apricot and citrus fruit. Elegantly structured, with pronounced mineral character imparted by the slate-rich soil in which the grapes are grown.
