Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Sauvignon Blanc was well received as a pleasant everyday white offering. It opens with an aromatic grapefruit like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced, and shows nice life with its tasty grapefruit flavors and notes of infused lime. The finish is dry and nicely refreshing. The small group that tried this wine thought it would pair nicely with Chicken Cordon Bleu. Enjoy - Ken
