Wine Review: This very dark ruby colored Syrah from Spain, opens with a blueberry bouquet with a hint of peach. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, round, with menthol infused black cherry flavors and some notes of pepper. The finish is quite dry and has a lingering aftertaste. The panel felt this wine would pair nicely with glazed pork chops or curried chicken salad. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Dry and mineral with hints of ripe red fruits and licorice. Pleasant and persistent finish with balanced tannins that open up in the mouth.
