Wine Review: This light yellow colored wine opens with a light lemon lime like bouquet with notes of honey. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, nicely balanced, easy to drink with tasty ripe Bartlett pear flavors with a hint of tangerine on the back palate. The finish is dry, nicely extended, and refreshing. This wine is food friendly and would nicely complement stuffed dover sole. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: This exceptional Sauvignon Blanc is pale straw in color with an amazing array of aromas that baskets full of fresh ripe apples, grapefruits, pineapples and dried tropical fruits touched with subtle tones of freshly cut hay and fragrant herbs. The vibrant clean acidity of this wine enhances the long mouth watering finish.
