Wine Review: This pale yellow wine opens with a fragrant grapefruit like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, nicely balanced, and crisp with tasty light grapefruit and lime like flavors. The finish is dry and a bit subtle. This wine is very food friendly and it would pair nicely with chicken piccata. Enjoy – Ken
