Wine Review: This winery has impressed me this year. This is the second wine that I have highly recommended from them. This opaque dark purple wine opens with a spicy red current bouquet with hints of menthol. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, suave, and smooth as silk. The flavor profile is very spicy blackberry with just a touch of prune. The finish is dry and its tannins are nicely extended. Pair this wine with duck or other game and enjoy. Cheers – Ken
