Wine Review: This white gold colored wine is very unique. It opens with a mild apricot marmalade like bouquet with a touch of faint orange. On the palate, this wine is light bodied and balanced with good acidity. The flavor profile is lots of minerality with hints of lime and green apple. There is also a bit of a spritz. This wine will appeal to Gin and Tonic or Tom Collins fans. The finish is dry and very refreshing. Pair this wine with shellfish. Something like mussels in a garlic broth or steamers with drawn butter. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Pale sunshine yellow color with fresh floral, citrus, and melon aromas with hints of almonds. An unoaked, dry, medium bodied white wine with crisp acidity, the Arneis is well-balanced, elegant wine with good complexity and a lingering finish.
